we partner with. Realizing that training and continuous education
are highly important in this industry, we are please to announce
that BBSA will be providing the following "in-house" training to our
Service Clients and potential others:
Certification:

Professionalism:
This session will
discuss Intrapersonal skills (how to conduct yourself on the job),
dressing for success based on the job you want and the job that you
have now. Interpersonal (people to people skills) will address
employee conduct with co-workers and supervisors.
Lesson Plan Building/Planning:
This session
will discuss how to create, write, and implement developmentally
appropriate lesson plans and teaching strategies that may be used in
infant/toddler and preschool classrooms. Lesson plan formats, daily
schedules, and efficient time management will be discussed and
participants will review and create different lesson plans based on
thematic units.
Classroom
Management/Positive Reinforcement:
This session
will discuss developmentally appropriate classroom management
strategies that remain consistent and will allow children to
participate in a structured classroom environment. This will allow
the teacher to focus on activities and positive behavior vs.
negative behavior.
Resumes/Cover Letters:
This session
will focus on developing well defined objectives, how to format and
word resumes for the job that you are seeking, and determining
relevant information to include and creating a cover that will stand
out to an employer. |
